Uniting for Children Conference

We are pleased to announce our keynote for this year’s Uniting for Children Conference, Pam Phelps! Pam Phelps received a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University. She is the founder and director of Creative Preschool which for 42 years has been a world-recognized innovator in early childhood growth.
