The heart and sole of high-quality infant-toddler care and education lies in the relationship between the educator and child. Come join us as we explore the CLASS-aligned competencies that every provider needs to promote consistent and responsive caregiving. We will identify young children’s inborn need for responsive caregiving, explore caregiver behaviors and competencies that demonstrate consistent, responsive caregiving, and discuss strategies that promote responsive caregiving for each child in care.
