This workshop explores reflective practice as a professional development strategy. Reflective practice involves principle and practice.  Through reflection, teachers can examine their beliefs and approaches (awareness) about work practices, obtain a deeper understanding of their own teaching style and improve the quality of their performance (change) and effectiveness as a teacher.
