The meeting can be attended in person or virtually via zoom.

The meeting will take place at the ELCLC Office in Leesburg, 1300 Citizens Blvd., Ste 206, Training Room A.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Coalition with respect to any matter considered at such meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
