The pyramid model is a framework of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s healthy social and emotional development.  It works in conjunction with your program’s curriculum.  We will briefly explore each tier of the pyramid.  You will leave with a deeper knowledge of the pyramid model\, strategies for building relationships with children and their families\, classroom materials and practices that promote social emotional learning\, techniques to teach self-regulation\, problem-solving\, friendship skills.
